REMEDY DOSING
STANDARD DOSING:
1-2 pillules straight in mouth or in a water bottle. Repeat dose (1 sip = 1 dose) every 20 minutes. Symptoms should shift during the first 3 doses (in the first hour).
After this:
Repeat remedy as soon as symptoms return.
If no relief:
Review symptoms and choose a different remedy.
